GDPR – General Data Protection – privacy policy

2. Taking the legal acts mentioned below into consideration the personal data will be used in the following aims:

– signing and realizing the agreement contract of cooperation – art. 6 of the act letter 1 of law a and b.

The regulation of the PE and the European Council (of the European Union) from 2016/679- fulfilling legal responsibilities resulting from legal rules – art 6 1 letter c

The ordinance of PE and the European Council (of the EU) of 2016/679-the realization of the legally justified interest of Majumi Chemicals as a limited liability company which is about considering the claims or rejecting them – art,6 letter ustęp 1 letter f of the regulation of the PE and the European Council (of the European Union) from 2016/679

3). Your personal data may be and will be transmitted to the following subjects:

the law firm, the Polish Post, courier companies serving Majumi Chemicals, the IT company The full list of subjects is available and may be sent on request and demand from the address: g.kustra@majumi-chemicals.com

The personal data is stored for 5 years after the realization or termination of the contract.

The time of processing data may be prolonged every time for the period of limitation of claims as long as it is needed for pursuing claims until the agreement upon the matter is reached.

5. You have the right to look into your personal data, rectify it, cancel it and the right to wnieść skargę to the Chairperson of the Urząd Personal Data Protection

6. You also have the right to motion the withdrawal of the consent for procession of personal data.

Nevertheless the personal data will be anulled after the span of five years upon termination of the agreement as well as in the dates mentioned in point 4.

7. Giving your personal data is voluntary – in terms the data is not given, the contract will not be signed.

8. Personal data transmitted will not be profiled, as said in art. 22 1 and 4 of GDPR, nor will it be given away to third parties.

The purpose and basis of the processing of data: Your data will be processed only for the enrollment purposes, contact data will be used only upon your consent.

Recipients of data – only the IT company under the condition you let it be used.

The time – the data will be stored until the termination of the enrollment rocedure.
